Match Grohe faucet parts to the installed faucet’s exploded drawing. The verified links here are 46048000 for a specified cartridge replacement and 46731DC0 for a specified Supersteel pull-out spray. Neither fits every Grohe faucet.

The useful question is which exact part belongs to your faucet. We compared Grohe product pages, technical documents and its LIXIL support records with current Amazon listings. This is a parts-identification guide, not a claim that a new part will diagnose or fix every leak.
Find the part before choosing a listing
| Part | Choose for | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| 46048000 | Cartridge where the faucet diagram names it | Not every Grohe faucet |
| 46731DC0 | Supersteel pull-out spray where listed | Maker support labels it discontinued |
| 46374000 | Reference: different cartridge | No buying link verified here |
A cartridge is the internal mixing component. A pull-out spray is the removable outlet at the end of a hose. They solve different purchase needs, and neither is a complete faucet. Match the original faucet’s parts drawing before using either buying link. For a complete replacement instead, see our Grohe kitchen faucet guide.
46048000: a documented cartridge replacement
Choose 46048000 only when Grohe’s documentation for your installed faucet names that cartridge. Its U.S. specification sheet lists a ceramic sealing system, SilkMove and an adjustable flow-rate limiter. The sheet labels it 1¾ inches. That specification is a part description, not a promise that every cartridge with a similar diameter fits.
Grohe’s separate knowledge-base article identifies 46048000 for the Ladylux/Zedra installation it describes, specifically faucets prior to 2019. It also notes that a black ring supplied with the replacement is not used in that particular installation, while the 46632V00 guide ring is reused. That is an important reason to follow the exact faucet instructions rather than throw out apparently extra pieces or copy a generic video.
The linked Amazon model and manufacturer part-number fields both read 46048000. Our October 17, 2026 New buy-box check showed limited stock from Europe’s Best, a third-party seller. We did not verify seller authorization or warranty eligibility. Grohe’s own product page and the manufacturer document identify the part; they do not authenticate every unit sold by a marketplace seller.
Skip this cartridge if your drawing calls for 46374000 or another code. If the installed faucet remains unidentified, ask Grohe to identify it before purchase. A dripping symptom alone does not establish that this cartridge is the right repair.

46731DC0: the Supersteel pull-out spray
Choose 46731DC0 when the faucet’s replacement-parts list calls for that exact Supersteel spray head. The selected variant on Grohe’s current product page is 46731DC0, and its LIXIL Pro support record names the same full number and finish. The support record lists it under parts used by 30314DC0 and 31380DC0. Recheck your exact faucet revision rather than expanding that short list to every K7 faucet.
The LIXIL support record labels 46731DC0 discontinued. An available marketplace offer does not mean the maker still produces it. On October 17, 2026, the linked Amazon listing matched 46731DC0 in its model and part-number fields and had a New, in-stock buy-box offer sold by Amazon.com. Confirm that exact selected finish and number if the listing offers variants.
The ordinary 46731 product sheet we opened names 46731000 in StarLight Chrome. It is not documentation that the Supersteel finish is chrome, nor a reason to substitute the 000 suffix for DC0. We use the exact selected product page and exact LIXIL support record for the Supersteel identity and applications instead.
Skip this spray if you need a hose, cartridge or complete faucet. Also skip it if the drawing names another spray head or the finish suffix differs from what you intend to order. We did not establish a universal hose connection or a fit guarantee for unidentified Grohe faucets.

Why 46048000 and 46374000 are not substitutes
Grohe publishes separate product pages and instruction sheets for these cartridges. The U.S. sheet for 46048000 labels it 1¾ inches; the U.S. sheet for 46374000 labels that part 1⅜ inches. Different codes and documents are the decisive warning here. A photo of a similar stem or a retailer’s general “single-lever” description cannot override the installed faucet’s part callout.
The 46374000 product page names several faucet applications, including Taron, Ectos, Tenso and Eurofresh references. That makes it a useful identification lead, not a universal replacement for all versions bearing those family names. Read the specific faucet drawing and any revision information before treating a family name as fit evidence.
We have not linked an Amazon 46374000 offer because our current search did not establish an exact genuine model listing that met this guide’s checks. A compatible product with 46374000 in its title is not automatically made by Grohe. Do not buy a nearby result just to complete a repair quickly.
Identify the faucet and the failed component
Gather the original model number, finish, purchase records and any existing installation booklet. If you cannot identify the faucet, photograph the whole fixture and its visible controls for Grohe support. A complete image gives more context than an isolated cartridge photo. Retain the original part and its markings if a plumber has already removed it.
Separate an internal cartridge purchase from an outlet-parts purchase. A spray head, hose, hose connector, aerator and seal can appear together in one exploded drawing while remaining separate order numbers. Record both the drawing’s position number and the corresponding full spare-part code. Position numbers help you read the drawing; they are not always the number to order.
Describe where the problem occurs when asking for identification help. A leak at a hose connection is a different question from a damaged spray head, and replacing an internal cartridge is not a guaranteed response to every faucet leak. This guide does not diagnose your installation. Our faucet cartridge guide provides general context once the exact faucet and part are known.
Check the finish and package contents
The difference between 46731000 and 46731DC0 is visible in the manufacturer’s finish records, so preserve the suffix when ordering. “Stainless,” “Supersteel” and “chrome” in retailer wording should not replace the actual maker code. A finish that looks close on a screen may still be a different orderable part.
Likewise, do not assume a spray-head listing includes a new hose or that a cartridge package includes every ring used by the old faucet. Grohe’s 46048000 support article illustrates why installation-specific retained pieces matter. Check the supplied contents against that exact procedure and contact support if the package differs.
On arrival, compare the packaging number and selected finish before installation. Keep the receipt, maker diagram and listing record together. If the delivered code differs, resolve the discrepancy with the seller or maker before using it. Do not force a near-match because its outer shape seems familiar.
Warranty first, and what was excluded
Before paying for a replacement, check whether Grohe can handle your existing faucet’s fault under its warranty. We opened its current U.S. warranty terms. Those terms apply to the original purchaser, distinguish residential and commercial uses, exclude normal wear and certain damage, and restrict coverage to purchases through Grohe’s named company or authorized sellers unless law says otherwise.
We have not confirmed your eligibility or a blanket warranty duration for either aftermarket purchase. The 46048000 Amazon offer is from a third-party seller whose authorization we did not verify. Ask Grohe about that purchase route if coverage matters. Keep proof of purchase and the faucet’s installation details for a claim.
We excluded the 46298KH0 listing despite its model match because its listing bullets described a wax element for a thermostat while its title described a spray head. That conflict makes it a poor recommendation without clarification. We also excluded generic “for Grohe” cartridges. A broad compatibility title is not a replacement for the brand’s own parts record.
Frequently asked questions
Which Grohe cartridge fits my faucet?
Use the exact cartridge number in the installed faucet’s parts drawing. Grohe publishes separate records for 46048000 and 46374000; they are not interchangeable by brand alone.
Does 46048000 fit every Ladylux or Zedra?
No blanket fit is claimed here. Grohe’s opened installation article describes 46048000 on Ladylux/Zedra faucets prior to 2019. Match your exact faucet and revision.
Is 46731DC0 the same finish as 46731000?
No. Grohe’s records identify 46731DC0 as Supersteel and 46731000 as Chrome. Preserve the full suffix when ordering.
Why link a discontinued Grohe part?
LIXIL Pro labels 46731DC0 discontinued, while the October 17, 2026 exact Amazon listing had a New in-stock Amazon.com offer. Remaining retail stock can differ from maker production status.
Should I check the warranty before buying parts?
Yes. Check your original purchase and Grohe’s current terms first. Seller authorization and your eligibility were not verified for these individual purchases.
How we chose
We opened Grohe’s product page and specification/instruction documents for 46048000 and 46374000, plus the exact 46731DC0 selected product variant and LIXIL Pro application record. Two linked Amazon offers matched exact maker model/part numbers and were New and available October 17, 2026. We did not install the parts or authenticate marketplace stock.
