GROHE 26906002 Tempesta 110 rail set: wand, rail and hose
Choose the 26906002 if you want the wand, a slide rail and a hose in one box. GROHE’s 26906 spec sheet (lixil.cdn.celum.cloud) lists the Tempesta Square 110 hand shower (26903), a 24-inch slide bar, a metal shower hose, an adjustable hand shower holder glider, and an adjustable upper bracket that GROHE says helps cover existing wall holes.

The hose: GROHE 26995000 69-inch metal hose
Add the 26995000 if your shower has a handshower outlet and holder but no hose, or the old hose is worn. GROHE’s 26995 spec sheet (lixil.cdn.celum.cloud) lists a 69-inch metal hose with 1/2-inch NPT female threads, an AntiFold bend-proof design and a rotation cone for twist-free use. GROHE’s product page calls it the Rotaflex twist-free hose and lists barcode 4067393021094 for StarLight Chrome. Wand, hose and holder: what you need
A handheld shower needs three things: the wand, a hose, and something to hold the wand plus a water outlet for the hose. The three single wands here are wand only. If your shower already has a hand shower on a hose, the wand is usually the only part you replace (GROHE says the Tempesta 110 wands fit most standard hoses); if it has only a fixed head on an arm, you need a hose, a holder and a water connection as well. The 26906002 rail set covers the wand, hose and holder, but GROHE says it still needs a wall union. Flow rate and spray controls
All three wands are WaterSense listed on GROHE’s sheets: 1.5 gpm on the 26776 and 1.75 gpm on the 26903 and 26046. The square Tempesta 110 wands use GROHE’s SmartSwitch, a rotating dial on the wand, while the round Cosmopolitan uses a toggle lever. Finishes and spray faces
GROHE codes the finish at the end of the model number: the linked chrome items end in 002 or 000 (StarLight Chrome), EN2 is Brushed Nickel InfinityFinish, and the sheets also list 243 versions. On the Tempesta 110 wands, GROHE lists a white spray face on chrome and a dark face on the brushed nickel and matte black versions; the 26046 brushed nickel version has a charcoal face. Match the finish code to your valve trim and hose before ordering.
Installing a GROHE hand shower
Swapping a wand onto an existing hose means unscrewing the old wand and threading on the new one. A rail set mounts on the wall and connects to a wall union, so follow GROHE’s installation guide.
