Quick answer from a licensed plumber: For most kitchens, buy the KRAUS Bolden KPF-1610. KRAUS sizes it at 18-3/4 in. tall and says it fits under standard cabinets. Its handle swings forward for a tight backsplash, it takes a deck up to 3-3/8 in. and it flows 1.8 gpm. For the best spray options and a sink with up to four holes, the Kohler K-R22745-SD semi-professional faucet adds Sweep spray and Boost. For a double-bowl sink, the Delta Antoni 18803 swings a full 360 degrees with a 9-5/8 in. reach. For the longest reach in an open kitchen, the Kohler Purist K-24982 reaches 10 in. but stands 23-13/16 in. tall. If a low cabinet limits the height, the Moen Nolia 87886 is 17-5/16 in. installed. Measure the height above your sink before you choose.

Our pick for most kitchens: the KRAUS Bolden KPF-1610SSMB commercial-style pull-down faucet. Check the KRAUS Bolden on Amazon

A commercial-style kitchen faucet gives you the look of a restaurant pre-rinse unit at home: a tall spring or coil spout and a pull-down wand on a docking arm. The style changes three things a plumber checks before anything else. It changes the height you need under cabinets and windows, the spray you get, and the deck thickness and holes it fits. This guide compares five spring-style faucets from KRAUS, Delta, Kohler and Moen on those three points. For standard pull-down faucets, see our pull-down kitchen faucet picks. For every style, see our kitchen faucet picks, and for brand warranties, kitchen faucet brands compared.

From the KRAUS, Delta, Kohler and Moen documents listed below, read on September 30, 2026. Delta, Kohler and Moen heights and reach come from their drawings. KRAUS figures come from its spec sheet and product page. Every linked listing was sold by Amazon.com and in stock when we checked.

Models we checked but did not link

Delta Rhett 18829 and Ermelo 18887. Delta’s spec sheets show both at about 21 in. tall (20-7/8 and 21-1/8 in.) with a 9-5/8 in. reach, 1.8 gpm and a two-function wand, close to the Antoni we picked. The Amazon-sold listings we found were Champagne Bronze or low on stock. Kohler Crue 22973 (spring spout). The finishes we found were sold by third-party sellers. Moen Align 5923. The Amazon-sold listing showed a shipping delay. Moen also makes a touchless version, the 5923EW. Unbranded commercial-style faucets. Many search results came from brands with no spec sheet or installation manual we could find.

How to Choose a Commercial-Style Kitchen Faucet

Height under cabinets and windows

Height is where these faucets go wrong. The five here run from 17-5/16 in. (Moen Nolia) to 23-13/16 in. (Kohler Purist) on the makers’ documents. KRAUS says its 18-3/4 in. Bolden fits under standard kitchen cabinets. Plumber’s note: measure from the counter to the lowest thing above the sink. That can be a wall cabinet, a shelf, a pot rack, or the bottom of a window sash when it is raised. Leave room to lift the wand off its dock without hitting it.

Reach and sink size

Reach runs from 8-1/2 in. on the Moen to 10 in. on the Kohler Purist. The Delta is 9-5/8 in., the Kohler semi-professional 9 in. and the KRAUS 8-5/8 in. Plumber’s note: on a large single-bowl or farmhouse sink, more reach puts the stream nearer the middle of the bowl. On a double bowl, check that the spout swings far enough to cover both. The Delta turns 360 degrees and the KRAUS 180. Moen and Kohler do not list a swing angle for these models.

Spray and flow

The Kohler and Moen faucets are limited to 1.5 gpm at 60 psi, and the KRAUS and Delta to 1.8 gpm. Kohler’s Boost raises the flow rate by 30%, and its Sweep spray is, in Kohler’s words, a wide, forceful blade of water. Moen lists Power Boost and four settings on the Nolia. KRAUS and Delta list two functions, aerated stream and spray. At full rated flow, filling 3 gallons takes about 2 minutes at 1.5 gpm and about 1 minute 40 seconds at 1.8 gpm (our arithmetic). Moen’s Nolia sheet says it meets Georgia SB370 requirements.

Handle clearance at the backsplash

Kohler says the Purist’s handle rotates 90 degrees forward to prevent contact with the backsplash. KRAUS says the Bolden’s handle rotates 90 degrees forward for tight spaces with no backsplash clearance. Plumber’s note: with a sink set close to a tiled backsplash, a handle that swings back will hit the tile before the water is fully hot. A forward-swinging handle avoids that.

Holes and deck thickness

The KRAUS takes up to 3-3/8 in. of deck through a hole of at least 1-3/8 in., and a 3-hole sink needs its optional DP02 deck plate. The Kohler semi-professional installs on 1 to 4 holes with its escutcheon and soap dispenser. Kohler says its longer shank works with counters up to 2-1/2 in. thick. The Purist is single hole, and Kohler lists a 1327990 extension kit with a 2-1/2 to 4-5/8 in. range. The Delta fits 1 or 3 holes, 1-5/16 to 1-1/2 in., up to 2-1/2 in., with its escutcheon in the box. The Moen fits 1 or 3 holes, 1-1/2 in. minimum, up to 2-1/2 in. Plumber’s note: a tall spring faucet puts more leverage on the mounting nut than a short one. Tighten the mount fully, so the base does not rock when you pull the wand. See how to tighten a loose faucet base.

Supply connections

All five connect with 3/8 in. compression fittings. KRAUS’s waterlines are 26.5 in. long, Delta uses 3/8 in. O.D. PEX supply lines, and Moen’s hose is 68 in. Plumber’s note: replace angle stops that will not close before you hook up a new faucet. See our under-sink shut-off valve picks and braided supply line picks.

Top Pick: Fits Under Standard Cabinets

KRAUS Bolden KPF-1610SSMB Commercial Style Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet

Open coil spring spout · 1.8 gpm at 60 psi · 18-3/4 in. tall, 6-1/4 in. spout height, 8-5/8 in. reach · swivels 180 degrees · handle rotates 90 degrees forward · 1 hole, 1-3/8 in. minimum; 3-hole with optional deck plate DP02 · deck up to 3-3/8 in. · 3/8 in. compression · two-function sprayhead · KRAUS Limited Lifetime Warranty (sprayhead 1 year, cartridge 5 years)

The Bolden is the open-coil faucet with the fewest fit problems here. KRAUS sizes it at 18-3/4 in. tall and says it fits under standard kitchen cabinets. The handle rotates 90 degrees forward, which KRAUS says suits tight spaces with no backsplash clearance. KRAUS lists 1.8 gpm, tied with the Delta for the most flow, and a two-function sprayhead with aerated stream and spray. The spout swivels 180 degrees, and the reach is 8-5/8 in.

It takes the thickest deck of the five: up to 3-3/8 in., through a hole of at least 1-3/8 in. The spec sheet lists 26.5 in. integrated nylon waterlines with 3/8 in. compression connections, a quick-connect sprayer hose and a quick weight. The manual’s warranty covers structure and finish for as long as the original buyer lives in the home, the sprayhead assembly and hoses for one year and the cartridge for five years. KRAUS gives commercial purchasers one year. The KRAUS spec sheet also warns that a pull-down faucet should never be connected to a portable dishwasher, because pressure swings can rupture the hose. We link the Stainless Steel/Matte Black finish, sold by Amazon.

  • 18-3/4 in. tall; KRAUS says it fits under standard cabinets
  • Handle rotates forward for a tight backsplash, per KRAUS
  • Up to 3-3/8 in. deck, the thickest here
  • 1.8 gpm, tied with the Delta for the most flow here
  • Sprayhead assembly warranty is 1 year
  • Spout swivels 180 degrees, not 360
  • Two spray functions, fewer than the Kohler and Moen picks
  • Deck plate for 3 holes sold separately

Verdict: The commercial-style faucet to buy for most kitchens, especially one with wall cabinets over the sink.

Full 360-Degree Swing

Delta Antoni 18803-SP-DST Pull-Down Spring Kitchen Faucet

Spring spout · 1.8 gpm at 60 psi · 19-3/4 in. tall (20-1/4 in. with the escutcheon), 9-5/8 in. reach, wand outlet 7-13/16 in. above the deck on Delta’s drawing · spout rotates 360 degrees · 1 or 3 holes, 1-5/16 to 1-1/2 in.; escutcheon optional, included · deck up to 2-1/2 in. · 3/8 in. O.D. PEX supply lines, 3/8 in. compression · two-function wand · MagnaTite docking · SpotShield Stainless (SP) · parts and finish lifetime limited

Delta’s Antoni sits in the middle of this group for height. Delta’s drawing shows 19-3/4 in. from the deck to the top of the spring, or 20-1/4 in. when it sits on the escutcheon, and a 9-5/8 in. reach. The wand outlet is 7-13/16 in. above the deck. Delta lists 1.8 gpm at 60 psi, tied with the KRAUS for the most flow here, and a two-function wand with aerated stream or spray. Delta also lists MagnaTite docking and Touch-Clean spray holes. The spout rotates 360 degrees, the only full swing listed among these five.

It mounts through one hole of 1-5/16 to 1-1/2 in., or a 3-hole sink on 8 in. centers with the escutcheon, which Delta lists as optional and included. The maximum deck is 2-1/2 in., and Delta’s drawing calls for at least 2-1/2 in. of clearance to the backsplash. The supply lines are 3/8 in. O.D. PEX with 3/8 in. compression fittings. Delta’s sheet gives a lifetime limited warranty on parts and finish, 10 years for multifamily residential use and 5 years for other commercial use. A note on our source: deltafaucet.com would not serve its pages to our reader, so these figures come from Delta’s spec sheet DSP-K-18803-DST Rev. A, as posted by The Home Depot. We link the SpotShield Stainless (SP) finish, sold by Amazon.

  • Spout rotates 360 degrees, per Delta
  • 1.8 gpm, tied for the most flow here
  • Escutcheon for a 3-hole sink in the box, per Delta
  • MagnaTite docking, per Delta
  • Two-function wand, no boost mode
  • Deck limit 2-1/2 in.
  • Needs 2-1/2 in. of clearance to the backsplash, per Delta
  • 19-3/4 in. tall; check a low cabinet

Verdict: The pick for a double-bowl sink, where a full swing and a 9-5/8 in. reach cover both bowls.

Best Spray, Fits 1 to 4 Holes

Kohler K-R22745-SD-VS Semi-Professional Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser

Coated hose with removable coil · 1.5 gpm at 60 psi; Boost raises flow 30% · Sweep spray, stream and Boost · 21-5/8 in. tall, 9 in. reach on Kohler’s drawing · 1, 2, 3 or 4 holes, 1-5/16 in. on the drawing; escutcheon and soap dispenser included · deck up to 2-1/2 in. · 3/8 in. compression · Vibrant Stainless (VS) · KOHLER Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty

Kohler’s semi-professional faucet uses a coated hose with a removable coil instead of a bare spring, which Kohler says is easier to clean. Its three-function pull-down sprayhead switches by touch between stream, Sweep spray and Boost. Kohler describes Sweep as a wide, forceful blade of water and says Boost raises the flow rate by 30%. The base flow is 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. The box includes the faucet, supply lines, an escutcheon plate and a soap or lotion dispenser. Kohler says it installs on a sink with 1, 2, 3 or 4 holes.

On Kohler’s drawing it is 21-5/8 in. tall with a 9 in. reach, and the wand outlet sits 7-5/8 in. above the deck. Kohler says the longer shank works with counters up to 2-1/2 in. thick. The finish is Vibrant Stainless. Kohler’s faucet warranty covers finishes for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home, and a footnote moves non-Vibrant finishes to one year, so the Vibrant name matters. The same warranty says abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol or solvents not recommended for Kohler finishes void it. We link the R22745-SD-VS, sold by Amazon.

  • Sweep spray plus Boost, per Kohler
  • Fits 1 to 4 holes, with escutcheon and soap dispenser in the box
  • Vibrant Stainless finish, covered by Kohler’s lifetime warranty
  • Coated hose with a removable coil, per Kohler
  • 21-5/8 in. tall; check the cabinet above
  • Deck limit 2-1/2 in.
  • 1.5 gpm before Boost
  • Kohler’s warranty applies only to purchases from Kohler or an authorized seller

Verdict: The pick for the strongest spray options, or for an older sink with extra holes to fill.

Longest Reach, Open Kitchens

Kohler Purist K-24982-BL Semi-Professional Kitchen Faucet

Coated hose with removable coil · 1.5 gpm at 60 psi; Boost raises flow 30% · Sweep spray, Boost and aerated stream · 23-13/16 in. tall, 10 in. reach on Kohler’s drawing · handle rotates 90 degrees forward · single hole, 1-5/16 in. on the drawing · deck up to 2-1/2 in.; Kohler lists a 1327990 rough-in and extension kit with a 2-1/2 to 4-5/8 in. range · DockNetik magnetic docking · Matte Black (BL) · KOHLER Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty

The Purist is the tallest and longest-reaching faucet here: 23-13/16 in. from the deck to the top of the coil and a 10 in. reach on Kohler’s drawing. The wand outlet sits 8-3/8 in. above the deck, the most room for big stockpots and sheet pans under the wand of the five. It also needs the most clearance above. Kohler lists the same Sweep spray, Boost and aerated stream and the same DockNetik docking as its semi-professional sibling; the Purist sheet calls the docking magnetic. The Purist adds temperature memory. The handle rotates 90 degrees forward to keep it off the backsplash.

The Purist mounts through a single hole, 1-5/16 in. on the drawing, with a 2-1/2 in. maximum deck. Kohler lists a 1327990 rough-in and extension kit with a range of 2-1/2 to 4-5/8 in.; ask Kohler which deck it suits. Flow is 1.5 gpm at 60 psi before Boost. One warranty caution: the linked finish is Matte Black, not a Vibrant finish. Kohler’s current warranty moves non-Vibrant finishes to a one-year warranty in one footnote, and another says organic, non-Vibrant, non-chrome finishes are warranted only if made after January 1, 2019. If finish coverage matters to you, ask Kohler at 1-800-456-4537 before you buy. We link the 24982-BL, sold by Amazon.

  • 10 in. reach, the longest here
  • Temperature memory, per Kohler
  • Handle rotates forward to clear the backsplash
  • Kohler lists an extension kit with a range up to 4-5/8 in.
  • 23-13/16 in. tall, the tallest here; many wall cabinets will not clear it
  • Single hole only
  • Kohler’s warranty footnotes are unclear on Matte Black
  • 1.5 gpm before Boost

Verdict: The pick for an open kitchen with no cabinet over the sink, where reach matters most.

Lowest Spring Spout

Moen Nolia 87886 Pre-Rinse Spring Pulldown Kitchen Faucet

Pre-rinse spring spout · 1.5 gpm at 60 psi; Power Boost · four spray settings · 17-5/16 in. installed height, 8-1/2 in. reach on Moen’s drawing · 1 or 3 holes, 1-1/2 in. minimum; deck plate included · deck up to 2-1/2 in. · 68 in. braided hose · 3/8 in. compression · 1255 Duralast cartridge · Matte Black (BL) · lifetime limited warranty against leaks, drips and finish defects

Moen’s Nolia is the lowest spring faucet here, at 17-5/16 in. installed height on Moen’s drawing, with an 8-1/2 in. reach. If the cabinet over your sink is low, start here. Moen lists 1.5 gpm at 60 psi, Power Boost spray, a 68 in. braided hose and Moen’s 1255 Duralast cartridge for single-handle faucets. Moen’s product page lists four spray settings: aerated stream, boosted rinse, boosted stream and a powerful cleaning rinse. The handle mounts on the right side only.

The sheet says it installs through 1 or 3 holes, 1-1/2 in. minimum, with a 2-1/2 in. maximum deck. Moen’s product page lists the deck plate as included, and the drawing shows a soap dispenser. Moen’s instructions say to flush by taking the wand off, holding the hose, turning the faucet on and moving the handle toward you and away from you for 15 seconds. The warranty on the sheet is lifetime limited against leaks, drips and finish defects to the original homeowner, 10 years multifamily and 5 years commercial. Moen’s sheet says it meets Georgia SB370 requirements. We link the Matte Black 87886BL, sold by Amazon.

  • 17-5/16 in. installed height, the lowest here
  • Four spray settings with Power Boost, per Moen
  • Uses Moen’s 1255 Duralast single-handle cartridge
  • Lifetime limited finish warranty to the original homeowner
  • 1.5 gpm before Power Boost
  • Maximum deck 2-1/2 in.
  • Handle mounts on the right side only
  • Shortest reach of the five, 8-1/2 in.

Verdict: The pick when a low wall cabinet or window limits the height over the sink.

I send an occasional note when a new guide goes up — repairs worth doing yourself, and the parts that actually last. No spam, no course funnel; written by a licensed Georgia plumber.

Before You Buy

  1. Measure the height above the sink. Compare it to 17-5/16 in. (Moen), 18-3/4 in. (KRAUS), 19-3/4 in. (Delta), 21-5/8 in. (Kohler semi-professional) and 23-13/16 in. (Kohler Purist).
  2. Check the backsplash gap. If the faucet hole sits close to tile, pick a handle that swings forward: the Kohler Purist or the KRAUS.
  3. Count the sink holes. Extra holes need a plate. The Kohler semi-professional covers up to 4.
  4. Measure the deck. Delta, Kohler and Moen stop at 2-1/2 in. KRAUS takes 3-3/8 in., and Kohler lists an extension kit for the Purist.
  5. Skip the portable dishwasher hookup. KRAUS says pull-down faucets should never feed one.

Installing a Commercial-Style Faucet

Mount it solid

The faucet body goes through the sink hole and locks from below. KRAUS’s manual lists an adjustable wrench, a Phillips screwdriver, silicone sealant and pipe tape as the tools. Kohler lists an adjustable wrench and a Phillips screwdriver for its semi-professional faucet. Moen says its faucet installs with the handle on the right side only, so set the body before you tighten it. See how to install a faucet for the basic swap.

Flush the lines

Moen’s instructions have you take the wand off, hold the hose, turn the faucet on and move the handle toward you and away from you for 15 seconds. Then put the wand back on. Plumber’s note: whatever the faucet, flush with the spray head off the first time. Old stops shed grit, and the spray head screen is the first thing it clogs.

Keep the finish and sprayface clean

KRAUS says to rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth, and not to clean with soaps, acid, polish, abrasives or harsh cleaners. Kohler says its MasterClean sprayface withstands mineral buildup, and its warranty lists abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol and solvents not recommended for its finishes as cleaners that void it. Kohler lists its K-23723 faucet cleaner as a recommended product for both models. See how to clean a faucet aerator if the flow drops.

When to call a pro

Plumber’s note: the swap is a normal faucet job if the stops close and the deck fits. Call a plumber if the stops will not shut off, the supply pipes are corroded, or a stone counter has to be drilled for the hole. See what a faucet install costs.

FAQ

What is a commercial-style kitchen faucet?

It is a home faucet styled after a restaurant pre-rinse unit: a tall spring or coil spout with a pull-down wand parked on an arm. The five here are residential faucets. In commercial use Moen and Delta cut the warranty to 5 years and KRAUS to 1 year, against lifetime terms in a home. Kohler’s warranty text says 5 years, but one of its footnotes says 1 year. A true restaurant pre-rinse unit is a different product.

Will a commercial-style faucet fit under my cabinets?

Measure from the counter to the lowest thing above the sink. On the makers’ documents the Moen Nolia is 17-5/16 in. installed, the KRAUS Bolden 18-3/4 in., the Delta Antoni 19-3/4 in., the Kohler semi-professional 21-5/8 in. and the Kohler Purist 23-13/16 in. KRAUS says the Bolden fits under standard kitchen cabinets.

Do commercial-style faucets have more water pressure?

No. Flow is limited at the faucet: 1.5 gpm at 60 psi for the Kohler and Moen picks and 1.8 gpm for the KRAUS and Delta. Kohler’s Boost raises flow 30% and Moen has Power Boost. The spray pattern changes how hard the water feels, not how much your pipes deliver. If every faucet is weak, see how to fix low water pressure.

Can I connect a portable dishwasher to a commercial-style faucet?

No. KRAUS’s spec sheet says pull-out and pull-down faucets should never be connected to portable dishwashers, because pressure swings during the wash cycle can rupture the hose or cause leaks.

Do commercial-style faucets need a special sink?

No. All five mount through one hole in a standard sink or counter. The KRAUS, Delta and Moen take a plate for a 3-hole sink, the Kohler semi-professional fits 1 to 4 holes, and the Kohler Purist is single-hole only. Check the deck: the Delta, Kohler and Moen picks stop at 2-1/2 in. and the KRAUS takes 3-3/8 in. See kitchen faucet hole sizes.

Bottom Line

The KRAUS Bolden KPF-1610 is the commercial-style faucet to buy for most kitchens: it fits under standard cabinets, its handle clears a tight backsplash, and it takes the thickest deck here. The Delta Antoni 18803 swings a full circle for a double bowl. The Kohler K-R22745-SD gives the best spray options and fits up to four holes. The Kohler Purist K-24982 reaches farthest where nothing hangs above the sink, and the Moen Nolia 87886 is the lowest spring spout. Measure the height above the sink first, then the backsplash gap and the deck thickness.
