Choose Nantucket SR3218-OSD for a side-offset drain in a 32 by 18-inch undermount sink, or SR3219-16 for a rear-center drain in a 32 by 19-inch plan. Both have a listed 10-inch bowl depth. Match the cabinet and waste layout, then check the usable bowl floor rather than only the top opening.

| Exact checked sink | Outside plan / depth | Listed interior | Drain arrangement |
|---|---|---|---|
| SR3218-OSD | 32 × 18 / 10 | 30 × 16; floor dimensions not separately stated here | Offset to one side in the drawing |

The SR3218-OSD specification (57266275-7b91-4f58-944d-68b5afe77875.usrfiles.com) and SR3219-16 specification (57266275-7b91-4f58-944d-68b5afe77875.usrfiles.com) show the bowl shapes and dimensions. Both use 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with a brushed satin finish. The exact offset model page (nantucketsinksusa.com) and rear-center model page (nantucketsinksusa.com) list a 33-inch minimum cabinet base and a 3-1/2-inch drain opening.
These are single-bowl undermount sinks. The main choice is where you want the drain and whether the extra front-to-back space of SR3219-16 suits your counter plan. Neither is presented as a top-mount replacement or a sliding-accessory workstation.
SR3218-OSD: side-offset drain in a 32 by 18 plan
Choose Nantucket SR3218-OSD if your plan calls for a single undermount bowl with the drain toward one side. Its current maker record (nantucketsinksusa.com) describes a reversible offset-drain design and lists a 30 by 16-inch interior with a 10-inch bowl depth.
The drawing (57266275-7b91-4f58-944d-68b5afe77875.usrfiles.com) shows the side drain position and the rectangular bowl. Compare that position with the waste piping and storage plan underneath. An offset opening gives you a different starting arrangement, but it does not guarantee that a disposal or trap will clear your particular pull-out bin. Reversible describes the sink’s orientation; it does not mean the opening can move around within the bowl.
The maker lists a colander drain as included and identifies a compatible bottom-grid model. Confirm the complete accessory inventory of the selected package before relying on a pictured grid. A product photograph and a named compatible part are not, by themselves, a complete packing list.
Skip it if you require the rear-center arrangement below, need a double bowl, or want a documented 17-inch top-opening depth from front to back. Also stop if the 32 by 18-inch rim is being treated as proof that it will fit an existing countertop opening.
The standard new Amazon offer checked on October 15, 2026 was sold by Home Design Express, showed stock and an add-to-cart button. Its model and manufacturer part number both matched SR3218-OSD, with Brushed Satin selected.

SR3219-16: rear-center drain and a tapered bowl
Choose Nantucket SR3219-16 if you want the rear-center drain arrangement shown in its drawing and a larger front-to-back top opening. Its model page (nantucketsinksusa.com) lists a 32 by 19-inch outside plan, 30 by 17-inch interior and 10-inch bowl depth.
The linked specification (57266275-7b91-4f58-944d-68b5afe77875.usrfiles.com) adds a useful distinction: the bowl tapers. It labels the top edge at 30 by 17 inches and the bottom edge at 28-1/2 by 15-3/4 inches. Use the smaller bottom-edge reference as a starting check for an item that must sit low in the bowl. The sheet labels an edge dimension, not a tested maximum size of cookware that will sit flat.
The maker explicitly lists an NS35CD colander drain and BG-SR3219-16 grid as included. Those exact references are more useful than assuming a grid from another 32-inch sink will fit. Confirm the selected offer’s package and the delivered parts before ordering extra accessories.
Skip it if you need a 30 by 17-inch floor, have a counter plan that cannot accommodate its 19-inch outside depth, or specifically want a side-offset opening. The top-opening dimensions should not be used as a promise that a large rectangular pan will sit flat at the bottom.
The checked standard new offer was sold by plumbingwholesaler, showed stock and an add-to-cart button. The model and manufacturer part number matched SR3219-16. Its listing uses the generic color word Silver; the exact maker specification identifies the brushed satin stainless steel finish.

Compare the bowl floor with the items you wash
Measure the base of a baking sheet, roasting pan or other large item you want to lay inside the sink. Compare it with the bowl at the depth where it needs to sit. A top opening can accept an item that will not lie flat against a tapered floor.
For SR3219-16, the maker provides both top and bottom edge measurements. Those labels should stay separate in your notes. The drawing’s corner curves also matter; the bottom dimensions are not a guarantee that a sharp-cornered rectangle of exactly that size can be lowered into place.
For SR3218-OSD, the sheet used here does not separately label a smaller bottom-edge area. That absence does not prove that its walls are perfectly vertical or that its floor equals the listed 30 by 16-inch interior. Ask the maker to confirm the needed clearance if a particular pan determines the purchase.
Consider where you will put a rack and how you will reach around larger items. Our kitchen sink guide compares other bowl arrangements if dividing washing and rinsing space is more important than one open basin.
Plan around the drain, not a storage promise
Use the drain location as part of the under-sink layout. SR3218-OSD puts it to a side in the specification view. SR3219-16 places it toward the rear and near the center across the bowl. Neither position establishes the final route of your waste piping.
If a disposal is part of the plan, compare the exact disposal and flange dimensions separately. The 3-1/2-inch opening listed by Nantucket does not establish every flange’s fit or a finished outlet height. The included colander drain is a separate component choice to check with that plan.
Look at the items already in the cabinet, including valves, supply hoses and storage hardware. Keep a record of their positions for the installer. Do not assume that moving the sink opening to one side automatically creates a clear rectangular storage bay below.
We have not tested either sink for how quickly food particles reach the drain or how much rinsing the bowl needs. The grooves shown in the product drawings are not used here as evidence of an always-dry floor, a measured slope or a self-cleaning result.
Confirm the cabinet, rim and opening together
Both current model pages list a 33-inch cabinet base minimum. Treat that as the maker’s starting requirement, then have the actual sink, mounting arrangement and available cabinet space checked together. A nominal cabinet size does not describe every internal obstruction. The 33-inch requirement is a cabinet reference, not a 33-inch countertop cutout.
The outside plans differ by one inch from front to back. Compare the rear faucet area and the front edge of the counter as well as the overall sink length. Do not choose between these models by assuming all 32-inch undermount sinks use the same opening.
Request the exact current template or cutout information for your chosen model through Nantucket’s document resources (nantucketsinksusa.com). Confirm it against the actual sink before any countertop work is planned. This comparison gives no cutting, support-building or cabinet-modification procedure.
Both bowls are listed as 10 inches deep. That is not a finished drain-outlet height for your installation. Check the full arrangement underneath before assuming that a deeper bowl will leave enough room for every planned component.
Match the accessories and keep the finish clean
The rear-center sink’s current record explicitly identifies the included grid and drain. For the offset sink, the page identifies a colander drain and a Lux accessory package, while its sheet names a matching bottom grid. Verify the package inventory rather than treating every compatible accessory as included.
Our sink grid guide explains the basic fit questions. Match the exact bowl shape and drain cutout when choosing a replacement. A shared 32-inch outside length does not make the two grids interchangeable.
Nantucket’s stainless steel care sheet (nantucketsinksusa.com) recommends frequent cleaning with a non-abrasive cloth, following the grain and drying after use. It warns against steel wool, bleach solutions and leaving cleaners in the sink overnight.
Use that care guidance without assuming the steel is scratchproof or stainproof. We did not compare finish wear, noise, condensation or dent resistance. The maker’s padding and material descriptions are construction information, not measured results from our own use.
Frequently asked questions
Which checked Nantucket model has a side-offset drain?
SR3218-OSD has the side-offset arrangement shown in its drawing. SR3219-16 has a rear-center opening. Confirm the complete waste layout separately.
Does SR3219-16 have a 30 by 17-inch floor?
No. The maker labels the top edge at 30 by 17 inches and the bottom edge at 28-1/2 by 15-3/4 inches. The bowl tapers.
Are both sinks top-mount models?
No. Both exact maker records identify undermount installation. Their outside dimensions are not a top-mount cutout specification.
Which minimum cabinet size does Nantucket list?
Both current model pages list a 33-inch cabinet base minimum. Confirm the actual internal space, mounting arrangement and exact sink with the installer.
Does a 3-1/2-inch opening prove every disposal will fit?
No. Check the exact flange and disposal arrangement separately. The sink opening alone does not establish the complete connection or available space underneath.
How we chose
We read both current product records, downloaded the exact linked specifications and visually inspected both one-page drawings. We also read and inspected the maker’s one-page stainless steel care guide. We compared drain location, top and bottom bowl labels, cabinet requirements and accessory references without converting marketing claims into performance results. Standard new Amazon offers were checked on October 15, 2026 for exact model and part number, selected finish description, seller, stock and cart availability. No drainage, noise, condensation, corrosion or strength testing was performed. Read our selection method and about Plumbing Picks.
