Best Blanco Kitchen Sink

Choose the BLANCO QUATRUS R0 28 Single 443048 for one open bowl and a 30-inch minimum cabinet, or the QUATRUS R15 1¾ 443150 for two bowls and a 36-inch minimum. Both are undermount stainless steel models. Check the current template, cabinet and usable bowl dimensions before choosing.

Compare the cabinet requirement and usable bowls

443150 R15 1¾3633 × 18Larger: 17 × 16 × 9; smaller: 13 × 16 × 9

The 443048 product record (blanco.com) and 443150 product record (blanco.com) provide these catalogue dimensions. Both are undermount stainless steel sinks with a satin-polish surface. BLANCO identifies both as 304-series, 18-gauge stainless steel.

Use the numbers to narrow the choice, then use the actual sink and current template for the countertop plan. BLANCO’s generated single-bowl sheet (blanco.com) and double-bowl sheet (blanco.com) state that their images and dimensions are for reference and that the sheets are not installation guides.

443048: one open bowl with a 30-inch cabinet minimum

Choose the QUATRUS R0 28 Single, article 443048, if you want one uninterrupted bowl and need the smaller cabinet requirement of these two picks. The maker lists a 30-inch minimum cabinet, 28 × 18-inch outside dimensions and a 26 × 16-inch inside bowl that is 9 inches deep.

The single opening is the main reason to choose it. Compare your largest regularly washed pan, tray or rack with the inside dimensions and actual bowl profile. The listed opening dimensions do not promise the same flat space at every depth. The outside sink length is not the available space inside the bowl. Handles and unusually shaped cookware need their own clearance check.

The current model page (blanco.com) identifies X-pattern drain grooves and a rear-positioned drain. Those details help locate the bowl and outlet in your cabinet plan; they do not prove that a waste assembly, disposal or existing trap will fit without checking its position.

Skip it if you want two separate bowls for different tasks, a drop-in rim, or a cabinet smaller than the maker’s minimum. Both recommended sinks are undermount models. The R0 name is the family designation; this comparison does not promise that every physical corner has a mathematically zero radius.

443150: two unequal bowls with a 36-inch cabinet minimum

Choose the QUATRUS R15 1¾, article 443150, if you want a divided sink and your cabinet meets its 36-inch minimum. BLANCO’s current catalogue data lists a nominal 33 × 18-inch outside footprint. The larger bowl is nominally 17 × 16 inches inside, the smaller one 13 × 16 inches, and both are 9 inches deep.

Choose it because you want the division, not because its overall length is greater. A large tray that fits across an open single bowl may not lie flat in either side of a divided sink. Check the larger bowl’s own dimensions against what you wash, and decide whether keeping two areas separate matters more to you.

The technical top view in the current generated sheet (blanco.com) labels the outside length 32-15/16 inches and the larger bowl 16-15/16 inches. The same sheet’s catalogue illustration rounds those to 33 and 17 inches. The table above uses the catalogue values; neither set of numbers should be substituted for the current cutout template.

Skip it if your cabinet only meets the single-bowl model’s 30-inch minimum or if your priority is one continuous washing area. This is not the QUATRUS low-divide apron model. The article number, bowl configuration and mounting type must all match the sink you intend to buy.

The standard new offer checked on October 15, 2026 was sold by eFaucets through Amazon, showed stock and had an add-to-cart button. Its model and manufacturer part number both matched 443150, with Stainless Steel selected.

Separate the bowl measurement from the cutout

There are three different measurements to keep straight: the overall sink, the usable bowls and the countertop opening. The overall footprint tells you the size of the product. The bowl measurements help you assess washing space. The cutout comes from the correct template and installation plan.

A 28-inch sink is therefore not an instruction to cut a 28-inch hole. Likewise, the double-bowl model’s nominal 33-inch outside length does not identify a replacement opening that will accept it. Compare the existing opening with the current template before treating either model as a replacement.

Check the cabinet requirement separately. BLANCO lists 30 inches for 443048 and 36 inches for 443150. Those minimums are a starting point for selection, not permission to ignore cabinet obstructions, fastening access, countertop requirements or the layout of the waste connection.

The current product records list no tap ledge. Plan the faucet and any accessories with the countertop layout rather than expecting holes in a sink deck. If you are still deciding between sink types, our broader kitchen sink guide compares other configurations and materials.

Plan strainers, grids and the supplied parts

Both current generated model sheets list installation instructions, a cutout template and undermount clips among the included items. That list does not establish that every countertop-specific mounting part or waste connection is supplied. Both current product records list no waste fitting and identify a 3-1/2-inch drain-valve size. Confirm the required waste parts with the exact installation rather than assuming a complete drain assembly is in the sink box.

The double-bowl configuration has two drain openings in its model drawing. Consider that layout when reviewing the connections below the counter. The single bowl has one rear-positioned opening. This comparison does not prescribe a drain piping arrangement or guarantee compatibility with a particular disposal.

Grids and other accessories are separate choices in the model sheets. The 443150 sheet identifies small-bowl grid 235959 and large-bowl grid 235971 as optional accessories. Do not select a grid merely because its advertised width sounds close to the nominal bowl size.

For 443048, the current sheet lists foldable grid 238483 and elevated grid 231608 among its optional accessories. The maker’s model-specific list is a better starting point than an unrelated sink photo. Our sink grid guide explains why the sink model, drain location and corner shape matter when matching one.

Choose stainless steel with realistic expectations

Both picks use the same stated 304-series, 18-gauge stainless steel construction and satin-polish surface. There is no basis in these specifications for calling one a thicker-gauge upgrade over the other. Choose between their bowl arrangements and cabinet requirements rather than inventing a material advantage.

The current pages describe their drain grooves and rear drain placement. We have not measured how quickly either sink clears water, how much water remains after use, or how the finish changes over years of cleaning. Product features should not become a promise of a perfectly dry or permanently unmarked surface.

The R0 and R15 names distinguish the families. Their model drawings are the reference for the physical shapes. If corner geometry matters to you, inspect the current drawing and the actual sink rather than treating the collection name as a complete manufacturing tolerance.

These are stainless steel options, not a ranking of every BLANCO sink material. They are useful choices for a buyer who already wants stainless and needs to decide between a smaller single bowl and a divided model. If you want a colored composite sink, return to the broader guide and compare that material on its own terms.

Read the warranty for the installation you have

BLANCO’s current warranty policy (blanco.com) distinguishes installation types. It describes a limited lifetime sink warranty for interior single-family domestic installations, five years for interior multi-residential and rental installations, and three years for interior commercial installations. Read the current terms for the actual use of the sink.

The policy covers proven manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under its stated conditions. It also lists wear and tear, including chips, scratches and stains that can occur under normal use, among its exclusions. A warranty heading is not a promise that ordinary surface marks cannot happen.

The conditions include proof of purchase, the original owner in the original installed location, and installation, use and cleaning as recommended. The policy also places transportation, labor, removal and reinstallation costs on the purchaser. Keep the receipt, article number and the delivered care and installation information together. These are the maker’s published warranty terms, not a promise that a particular future claim will be accepted.

Before committing to the countertop plan, confirm the physical sink, template and all required parts. The most useful choice is the model that fits your cabinet and washing habits: the 443048 for one open bowl, or the 443150 for two separate bowls. Neither should be chosen solely from a lifestyle photo or a nominal size in a marketplace title.

How we chose

We read the current US product records for articles 443048 and 443150, expanded their technical data and downloaded the specification sheets linked from those exact records. We visually inspected all three PDF pages, including the double-bowl sheet’s rounded catalogue values and detailed dimension labels. We also read the current sink warranty and exclusions. Standard new Amazon offers were checked on October 15, 2026 for exact model and manufacturer part number, selected stainless finish, seller, stock and add-to-cart availability.
