Best RV Shower Faucet

For an RV shower stall, choose the Dura DF-SA100C two-handle valve or the DF-SA150 single lever with a ceramic disk; for an RV with a tub, choose the DF-SA110C tub and shower diverter. Measure the old valve’s stem spacing before ordering, since RV shower walls vary.

An RV shower faucet mounts on the shower wall and feeds a hand shower, and sometimes a tub spout. Dura Faucet, a common RV faucet brand, lists non-metallic construction on all three models here, and a vacuum breaker hose connection on its shower faucets. The choice is mainly between two handles and one, and whether you need a tub spout.

Dura DF-SA100C: classical two-handle shower valve

Choose the Dura DF-SA100C for a straightforward shower stall. Dura’s 2026 catalog (durafaucet.com) lists the Classical RV Shower Faucet as non-metallic with a vacuum breaker hose connection, in oil-rubbed bronze, bisque, chrome, satin nickel, white and matte black. Dura also sells the same valve with crystal acrylic knobs, smoked knobs and modern or designer levers.

On October 15, 2026, the standard new offer from a third-party seller showed stock with model DF-SA100C-SN in satin nickel.

Dura DF-SA150: single lever with a ceramic disk

Choose the Dura DF-SA150 if you prefer one lever for hot and cold. Dura lists (durafaucet.com) the Single Lever RV Shower Faucet as non-metallic with a vacuum breaker hose connection and a ceramic disk, in chrome, oil-rubbed bronze, satin nickel, white and matte black. One lever makes it easier to set the temperature quickly in a small shower, especially when you are conserving tank water.

Dura DF-SA110C: tub and shower diverter

Choose the Dura DF-SA110C for an RV with a bathtub. Dura lists (durafaucet.com) the Classical RV Tub & Shower Diverter Faucet as non-metallic with a pull-up tub/shower diverter, in satin nickel and oil-rubbed bronze, with other handle styles available. Water runs out of the tub spout until you pull up the diverter to send it to the hand shower.

Shower stall or tub combo?

Look at what your RV has now. If there is no tub spout and the hand shower hose connects directly to the valve, a shower faucet like the DF-SA100C or DF-SA150 is the match. If there is a tub with a spout below the valve, you need a tub and shower diverter faucet like the DF-SA110C, which sends water to the spout or the hand shower. Our shower diverter guide explains how diverters work and what to do when one sticks.

Measure the old valve before you order

RV shower valves mount through holes in the shower wall, and the hole spacing and the space behind the wall vary between RV makers. Before ordering, remove the old handles if you can, measure the center-to-center spacing of the valve stems, and check how the supply lines connect behind the wall. Dura publishes installation manuals for its faucets; download the one for your model and compare its dimensions to your shower.

Plan access, too. Some RVs have an access panel behind the shower or under the tub; if yours does not, you may need to work through a closet or cabinet wall.

Handle and knob styles

Dura sells its RV shower valve in several handle styles under different model suffixes: classical levers (C), crystal acrylic knobs (A), smoked knobs (S), and modern (M), designer (L) and elegant (LH) levers. Many people find levers easier to turn with wet or soapy hands than round knobs, and a lever’s position shows at a glance whether the water is on or off. Pick the style that matches your RV’s kitchen and bathroom faucets so the interior looks consistent.

Finishes

The catalog lists the classical shower valve in oil-rubbed bronze, bisque, chrome, satin nickel, white and matte black, and the single lever in chrome, oil-rubbed bronze, satin nickel, white and matte black. Older RVs often have white or bisque plastic fixtures; switching to satin nickel or matte black modernizes the bathroom, but plan to change the hand shower and other fixtures too so the finishes match.

RV valves vs mobile home valves

Dura’s catalog lists separate mobile home (MH) shower valves and tub and shower diverters, including an 8-inch exposed shower valve. Mobile homes and RVs use different valve sizes and layouts, so buy the type that matches your existing valve. If the label on the old valve or the paperwork for your RV or home is available, use it to confirm the model before ordering.

The hand shower

These valves feed a hand shower on a hose. If your old hand shower is worn or clogged, replace it at the same time. Our RV shower head guide covers RV hand showers with pause or on/off controls that save tank water. Use thread seal tape on the hose connection and check it for drips when you first run the water; our thread seal tape guide covers tape.

Hot water and pressure

RV water heaters are small, so a shower faucet that lets you set the temperature quickly helps you avoid wasting hot water. A single lever like the DF-SA150 makes that one motion. Campground pressure and RV pumps vary; if your pressure is high at a hookup, a regulator protects the plumbing. If you are upgrading the heater, our RV tankless water heater guide covers on-demand options.

Winterizing the shower valve

Before freezing weather, drain the RV water system and open the shower valve on both hot and cold, and pull up the diverter on a tub faucet so water can drain from both outlets. Leave the hand shower hanging so its hose drains. Follow your RV maker’s winterizing instructions; our winterizing checklist covers the idea of draining low points.

More RV plumbing

Keep the old valve’s model number and Dura’s installation manual with your RV paperwork; it makes ordering replacement handles or cartridges much easier later. For the galley, see our RV kitchen faucet guide, and for the toilet, our RV toilet guide.
