Kohler Purist K-14406-4: widespread with lever handles
Choose the Purist K-14406-4 for a three-hole sink and lever handles. Kohler’s spec sheet (resources.kohler.com) lists two lever handles for separate hot and cold control, a low gooseneck spout, Kohler ceramic disc valves, 1.2 gpm at 60 psi, premium metal construction, handles preassembled on the valves, a metal touch-activated drain with a 1-1/4-inch tailpiece, and installation on 8- to 16-inch centers.
The features list a 5-1/2-inch spout reach while the technical table lists 5 inches; plan on about 5 inches. Kohler notes that ADA compliance applies to the handles only.

Kohler’s spec sheet (resources.kohler.com) lists metal construction with brass valve bodies, a stationary low gooseneck spout, quarter-turn washerless ceramic disc valves, cross handles, 1.2 gpm, a metal touch-activated drain with a 1-1/4-inch tailpiece and 8- to 16-inch centers.
Like the lever version, the features say 5-1/2 inches of reach and the technical table says 5 inches. The cross-handle sheet does not list ADA ICC/ANSI A117.1 in its standards, while the lever version does; choose levers if accessibility matters.

Kohler Purist K-24982: semi-professional kitchen faucet
Choose the Purist K-24982 for a kitchen faucet with an exposed spring coil. Kohler’s spec sheet (resources.kohler.com) lists a professional-style faucet with an easy-to-clean coated hose and removable coil, a three-function sprayhead (Sweep spray, Boost and aerated stream; Kohler says Boost raises flow by 30%), a handle that rotates 90° forward to avoid the backsplash, DockNetik magnetic docking, a MasterClean sprayface, temperature memory, ceramic disc valves, 1.5 gpm at 60 psi, single-hole installation and flexible supply lines.
Kohler lists an extension kit, 1327990, for decks from 2-1/2 to 4-5/8 inches thick; the standard faucet is drawn for decks up to 2-1/2 inches. Kohler notes the ADA listing covers the faucet handle only. The sheet does not give a spout reach in its technical table.

Widespread or single hole?
Count the holes in your bathroom sink. Three holes 8 inches or more apart take a widespread faucet like the K-14406; one hole takes the K-14402-4A. Kohler lists the widespread models for 8- to 16-inch centers. If your sink has three holes 4 inches apart, neither fits; see our Kohler bathroom faucet guide for centerset options.
The widespread models include a touch-activated drain, pressed down to open and close; the single-handle model includes a pop-up drain. Both use a 1-1/4-inch tailpiece.
Dimensions and installation
Kohler’s drawings give the details you need before drilling or ordering. The K-14406-4 drawing shows the spout about 5-13/16 inches tall, handles 3-5/8 inches tall and 1/2-inch NPSM connections, with 8- to 16-inch centers. The K-14402-4A drawing shows preattached supply lines and a pop-up drain with a 1-1/4-inch outside-diameter tailpiece. The K-24982 kitchen drawing shows the faucet about 23-13/16 inches tall and 3/8-inch compression fittings on the supply lines, which matches standard under-sink stops.
