Sleek is a Moen kitchen collection of high-arc pull-down faucets. The three versions here share the same look but differ in how you control them: a lever on the body, a wave sensor, or a separate lever set into the counter. Each sheet lists Moen’s lifetime limited warranty to the original homeowner, 10 years in a multifamily installation and 5 years in a commercial one.
Moen Sleek 7864SRS: standard pull-down
Choose the 7864 for a one-hole or three-hole sink and a simple lever. Moen’s spec sheet (maker page: assets.moen.com/shared/docs/product-specifications/7864sp.pdf) lists metal construction, one or three-hole installation with the deck plate included, flexible supply lines with 3/8-inch compression fittings, Duralock quick connect, a lever that operates with less than 5 pounds of force and 100 degrees of travel, stream or spray modes whether the wand is docked or pulled down, and a 1.5 gpm maximum flow at 60 psi.
The current sheet lists the 1269 ceramic disc cartridge, Power Clean spray, and PowerBoost, which Moen says increases the flow rate at the push of a button, plus the Reflex wand system with a 68-inch braided hose. Moen says the holes must be at least 1-1/2 inches across, and describes the high-arc spout as giving extra room for cleaning and filling large pots. Moen Sleek 7864EWSRS: MotionSense Wave touchless
Choose the 7864EW if you want to start the water with a wave of your hand. Moen’s spec sheet (maker page: assets.moen.com/shared/docs/product-specifications/7864ewsp.pdf) lists two ways to control the faucet, a Wave sensor and the familiar handle, power from 6 AA batteries or an optional AC adapter with power splitter, the Reflex pulldown system with a 68-inch braided hose, Power Clean spray, Duralock quick connect and a 1.5 gpm flow.
It uses the 1255 Duralast cartridge, a lever with 100 degrees of travel and less than 5 pounds of force, and Moen notes the handle is designed to mount on the right side. The drawing shows status indications for AC in use, batteries in use, replace batteries and a connection problem, which help when the sensor stops responding. Moen Sleek 7871SRS: two-hole with in-deck handle
Choose the 7871 if your sink or counter has two holes, or you want the lever off the spout. Moen’s spec sheet (maker page: assets.moen.com/shared/docs/product-specifications/7871sp.pdf) lists a high-arc pull-down that installs through two holes at least 1-1/4 inches across, with the lever in its own hole. It lists the Reflex pulldown system, a 68-inch braided hose, PowerBoost spray, a 360-degree rotating spout, Duralock quick connect, 100 degrees of handle travel, the 1255 Duralast cartridge and a 1.5 gpm flow.
The sheet describes a pause feature that stops the water as the wand passes over the countertop when filling something outside the sink, and single-button switching between stream and spray. Lever, sensor or in-deck handle?
Lever on the body (7864). The familiar layout: one lever on the faucet sets flow and temperature. It is the only one of the three with no power source and the simplest to install in one hole.
Wave sensor (7864EW). The sensor turns the water on and off without touching the faucet, while the lever still sets temperature. It needs batteries or the optional AC adapter, so plan where the battery box will sit under the sink; the drawing shows it on a 36-inch cable, and Moen sells the AC adapter with power splitter separately as part 169031. In-deck handle (7871). The lever sits in its own hole, at least 4-3/8 inches from the spout per the drawing. It needs two holes, which suits sinks that already have a second hole you would otherwise cover.

7864. 15-9/16 inches tall overall, 8-13/16 inches from the deck to the spray outlet, a 7-11/16-inch reach to the outlet and a 10-3/8-inch deck plate.
7864EW. About 16 inches tall (15.96 inches on the drawing), a 2-1/2-inch maximum deck, and a battery holder on a 36-inch cable. Moen lists the AC adapter with power splitter, part 169031, as sold separately.
7871. 15-1/2 inches tall, 8-3/4 inches from the deck to the outlet, a 7-3/4-inch reach, and a separate lever 4-1/8 inches tall, set at least 4-3/8 inches from the spout.
Check the overall height against any cabinet or shelf above the sink, and the outlet height against your tallest pot.
Cartridges and service
The 7864EW and 7871 sheets name the 1255 Duralast cartridge, while the current 7864 sheet names a 1269 ceramic disc cartridge.
