Choose the Chicago Faucets 897-RCF if you want ceramic quarter-turn cartridges and long maker warranties. The 897-RCF spec sheet (chicagofaucets.com) lists an 8-inch body with adjustable arms from 7-5/8 to 8-3/8-inch centers, integral supply stops, vandal-proof 2-3/8-inch lever handles with color-coded index, right- and left-hand ceramic 1/4-turn cartridges, a 3/16-inch offset arm and a vacuum breaker assembly.
It lists a rated operating pressure of 20 to 125 psi, 40 to 140°F (180°F maximum during a temporary high-temperature system flush), a 5-year limited cartridge warranty, a lifetime limited faucet warranty and a 1-year limited finish warranty. Chicago’s product page (chicagofaucets.com) lists the series as a wall-mounted manual faucet with 8-inch centers, and the sheet says it complies with the Buy American Act of 1933, which can matter on some public projects.

Choose the Moen 8230 for a ceramic-disc service faucet with service stops and a wall bracket listed on its sheet. The Moen 8230 spec sheet (maker page: assets.moen.com/shared/docs/product-specifications/8230sp.pdf) lists brass construction in rough chrome, an integral vacuum breaker, a 3/4-inch garden-hose-threaded spout, 1/2-inch IPS eccentric connections, service stops, a wall-mounting bracket, vandal-resistant torx head screws, lever handles with hot and cold indicators and a brass-shell ceramic disc 1/4-turn cartridge.

Delta’s 28T9 product page (deltafaucet.com) lists a two-handle 8-inch wall-mount service sink faucet in rough chrome with a 9.5-inch vacuum breaker spout, a rigid spout with top brace, integral stops, a cast body, vandal-resistant cross handles with red and blue indicators, a pail hook, a hose-thread outlet, an in-line vacuum breaker and heavy-duty cartridges.

Before you buy: centers, stops and the brace
All four are 8-inch-center wall faucets, which suits most mop basins with wall-mounted supplies. Measure the existing supply centers; the T&S and Chicago list adjustable inlets around 8 inches.
Built-in or integral stops let you shut off the faucet at the wall for repairs without cutting water to the room. All four makers list stops on these models.
The T&S lists an upper support rod and the Delta a rigid spout with top brace, and the Moen a wall-mounting bracket; anchor these to the wall as each maker shows.
Vacuum breakers and hoses
Each maker lists a vacuum breaker on these faucets. Local plumbing codes set the backflow protection required on a hose-thread service faucet, so check your code and keep the vacuum breaker in place.
