Chicago 786-E35XKABCP: 8-inch deck faucet with ceramic cartridges

Choose the 786-E35XKABCP for a commercial sink with 8-inch deck holes where a short gooseneck is enough. The spec sheet (chicagofaucets.com) lists a deck-mounted manual faucet on 8-inch fixed centers, a 5-1/4-inch rigid/swing gooseneck, a pressure-compensating 1.5 gpm Softflo aerator, vandal-proof 4-inch wristblade handles with color-coded index, ceramic 1/4-turn cartridges, and Chicago’s ECAST cast-brass construction. It lists ADA ANSI/ICC A117.1, ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, CALGreen compliance and WaterSense certification.

The Amazon listing title calls it a concealed kitchen sink faucet, but Chicago’s sheet describes a deck-mounted faucet; we rely on the sheet. On October 15, 2026, the standard new offer from eFaucets showed limited stock with model 786-E35XKABCP.

Chicago 786-GN8AE35ABCP: 8-inch gooseneck for deeper basins

Choose the 786-GN8AE35ABCP when you need a taller spout to fill pots or reach a deep basin. Its spec sheet (chicagofaucets.com) lists the same 8-inch deck body and 1.5 gpm Softflo aerator with an 8-inch rigid/swing gooseneck, 4-inch wristblade handles and Quaturn compression cartridges instead of ceramic. It lists ADA, ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, CALGreen and WaterSense.

Chicago 895-317XKABCP: 4-inch lavatory gooseneck

Choose the 895-317XKABCP for a lavatory or hand sink with 4-inch centers. The spec sheet (chicagofaucets.com) lists a deck-mounted manual faucet on 4-inch fixed centers, a 3-1/2-inch rigid/swing gooseneck, a 2.2 gpm pressure-compensating Softflo aerator, 4-inch wristblade handles and ceramic 1/4-turn cartridges, with ADA and ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 listed.

Note the flow: check your local code’s maximum lavatory flow before you buy, since a 2.2 gpm aerator may exceed it in some areas.

On October 15, 2026, the standard new offer from Team Pipe & Supply Co. showed stock with model 895-317XKABCP.

Chicago 802-765ABCP: metering lavatory faucet

Choose the 802-765ABCP for a public restroom where you want faucets that shut off on their own. The spec sheet (chicagofaucets.com) lists a deck-mounted metering faucet on 4-inch centers with an MVP metering cartridge and actuator, vandal-proof 2-inch MVP metering push handles and a 2.2 gpm Softflo aerator. The listing notes it replaces the 802-665ABCP.

Metering faucets run for a set time after each push. Check your local code’s limits for metering lavatory faucets as well as flow.

Warranties and ratings

All five sheets list a 5-year limited cartridge warranty, a lifetime limited faucet warranty and a 1-year limited finish warranty, a 20 to 125 psi rated operating pressure and a 40 to 140°F rated temperature. They also note compliance with the Buy American Act of 1933, which can matter on some public projects. Record the full model number with your building records so the right cartridge is ordered later.

Ceramic or Quaturn compression?

Chicago lists ceramic 1/4-turn cartridges on the 786-E35XKABCP, 895-317XKABCP and 897-RCF, and Quaturn compression cartridges on the 786-GN8AE35ABCP. Both are quarter-turn designs. Replacement cartridges are left- and right-hand specific per the sheets, so order the matching hand when you service one.

Matching the sink and holes

Handles and aerators

The sheets list three handle styles here: 4-inch vandal-proof wristblade handles on the 786 and 895 models, 2-3/8-inch vandal-proof levers on the 897-RCF, and 2-inch MVP metering push handles on the 802-765ABCP. Wristblade handles are long blades that can be pushed with a wrist or forearm rather than gripped; choose levers or push handles if your sink or code calls for them instead.

The spouted models list pressure-compensating Softflo aerators, 1.5 gpm on the 786 models and 2.2 gpm on the 895 and 802, so flow stays near its rating as pressure changes; confirm the aerator suits your local flow limit.

Count and measure the sink holes before ordering: 8-inch centers for the 786 models, 4-inch centers for the 895 and 802, and a wall-mount 8-inch body for the 897. How we chose

This document-based guide makes no hands-on testing claim. We read Chicago Faucets’ current spec sheets for the 786-E35XKABCP, 786-GN8AE35ABCP, 895-317XKABCP, 802-765ABCP and 897-RCF. On October 15, 2026, all five linked standard new offers showed stock or limited stock from eFaucets or Team Pipe & Supply Co.
